Shima restaurant was the first Teppanyaki restaurant in Singapore, set up in 1980. Since the early days, diners at Shima not only enjoyed the great tasting cuisin, but also appreciate the skilled maneuvers of its chefs dishing out succulent beef and tender chicken; exoctiv seafood like lobsters and air flown giant oysters etc with flair and finesse, right before their eyes.
